Return Process

  Log into your Binks account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
